Are the prices I see all-inclusive?
Yes, unlike the big box stores (who direct you to the fine print for roofing and foundation costs) our prices are turn-key – there are no other costs for you to consider.
What are your operating hours?
Call anytime – we’ll get back to you if we’re in the middle of an install.
Do you stand behind your sheds?
Yes, in the unlikely even you have an issue, we will return and fix it. We stand behind our work.
How long do these sheds last?
A long time. Each shed is covered with 25 year shingles, sits top of concrete pavers, on which sit ground contact 4×4 runners (kept off the ground by the pavers) and there is a ground contact 2×4 floor frame above this. The siding is super long lasting, pre-primed Smartside resin-board siding – even unpainted it lasts forever – add a coat of paint and this stuff is out-living the old oak tree!
What about paint?
Some of our sheds and pricing include paint – but they are all pre-primed and will withstand years of weather without even being painted.
What about things like windows, drip edge and vents?
Yes, we can add any items you prefer. Since not everyone wants these items , they are “call-outs” that we can include at surprisingly reasonable prices.
How about finished interiors (like a she-shed or man cave)?
Yes, we can. We can install basic wiring (outlets, overhead fixtures and switches) in such a way that you can just “plug your shed in” with an extension cord. We can install wainscoting (a good option for a finished interior and paint the interior
